Virtual 2026: Registration Open
Now in its fourth year, the CAA’s virtual work experience—delivered in partnership with Springpod—invites young people to discover how imagination, innovation and STEM skills shape the future of aviation. Through inspiring, interactive challenges, students step behind the scenes of the UK aviation system and explore how the CAA works to keep the skies safe, fair and sustainable. The programme brings real‑world problems to life, showing how subjects like science, technology, engineering and maths can drive meaningful change. Fully flexible and accessible from anywhere, this virtual experience empowers students to build confidence, develop employability skills, and begin imagining where a future career in aviation or STEM could take them.
