The diversity of what we deliver, our aspirations to provide consumers, operators, government and others with financial confidence and stability is unique, and our Graduate Programme will give you a fully funded and highly regarded professional qualification, coupled with an enviable set of skills to enable you to become a rising star.

This will be a 3-year rotational graduate programme, providing successful graduates with the opportunity to stretch and challenge themselves across various programme related placements within our Consumer Markets Group, designed to nurture and develop skills, knowledge and leadership potential within aviation and travel finance, the dynamics of the sector and its regulatory environment.

Throughout the programme Graduates will complete placements across the breadth of our functions within the CAA, which will include:

Graduate Scheme 2023 – Business Management

2-year rotational programme.  For those who have already graduated or graduating in 2023 we have launched a new Business Management Graduate programme.

Starting in September 2023, the graduate scheme will be delivered at the CAA on a two-year Graduate Business Management Programme in which graduates will have the opportunity to rotate across the business. Whilst on the programme experience will be gained through undertaking 3 x 8-month rotations, within a range of key roles and/or projects across the CAA. This not only means variety, but the chance to broaden commercial awareness and skill set, gaining an insight into the UK CAA in its entirety.
